CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURE

By consenting to the electronic delivery of disclosures, you agree that Populus Financial Group, Inc. d/b/a ACE Cash Express (“ACE”) may provide electronically any and all communications concerning its decisions on your application (the “Application”), the terms of any agreement that may be provided to you, and ACE’s privacy policy and notice (the “Disclosures”). The Disclosures may include, in addition to other things, disclosures pursuant to: (1) the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B; (2) the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act; (3) the federal Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z; (4) the federal Electronic Funds Transfer Act and Regulation E; (5) the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; and (6) any other applicable federal, state or local law or regulation. Your consent applies not only to the Application and any resulting agreement but also to any payment plan or other ancillary agreement related to your agreement and to any future transaction with ACE. To electronically receive, view and save or print the Disclosures, you must have a personal computer equipped with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0, Google Chrome 13.0, Firefox 5.0, Safari 4.0 or any later version of these programs, Adobe Reader 6 or later version; and either a printer, a hard drive or other storage device. Prior to submission of your application, you may withdraw your consent to electronic disclosures by exiting this website. You agree that any email address you provide with your Application may be used to provide you with Disclosures and other documents with respect to your transaction with ACE, and you agree to notify ACE of any changes to your email address either in writing or via email at least five (5) days before the change. 

You have the option to receive any information that ACE has provided to you electronically in paper form at no cost to you by contacting ACE in writing at 300 E John Carpenter Fwy, Suite 900, Irving, Texas 75062 and including your name, address, and most recent Transaction Number. You may also withdraw your consent to electronic disclosures by contacting ACE in the same manner.  If you withdraw your consent to electronic disclosures, ACE may elect to terminate its relationship with you.
